Welcome to KidsHustle, an application developed by Urban Mechanics Ltd ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our application ("App"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

Alpha Phase Disclaimer

KidsHustle is currently in its alpha phase and is not publicly available. The App is being developed and tested internally with a small group of testers. As such, these Terms are subject to updates and changes as the App evolves. Once the App is publicly released, a revised and comprehensive Terms of Service will be provided.

Eligibility

Use of the App is limited to authorised testers who have been invited to participate in the alpha testing phase. By using the App, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old or have parental consent if you are a minor.

User Responsibilities

As an alpha tester, you agree to:

• Use the App for testing purposes only.
• Provide honest feedback about your experience with the App.
• Refrain from sharing any information about the App with unauthorised individuals.
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, modify, or distribute the App or its components.

Data and Privacy

Any data collected during the alpha phase is for internal testing purposes only and will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Test data will be deleted after the alpha phase ends.

Intellectual Property

Urban Mechanics Ltd retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the App, including but not limited to its code, design, and content. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without our prior written consent.

Liability

The App is provided "as is" during the alpha phase, with no warranties or guarantees. Urban Mechanics Ltd is not liable for any issues arising from your use of the App during this testing period.

Updates to These Terms

These Terms are subject to change during the alpha phase. We encourage you to review these Terms regularly. Continued use of the App after updates to the Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
